i like how everything is bright, and what i consider happy. it could've been a little better is the background was a little darker so the silhouette is noticed first.
The waves on the bottom remind me of a floor, so not only does your poster have a really cool color scheme, and is bright and cheerful, it looks semi realistic.
the colors are really bight, i think that it makes it nice to look at. and they figure looks really good but it sort of blends in into the dots in a way if it would have been a darker color it would have been easier to see but other than that i really like it
I like how your jumper is glowing blue and i also like how he blends in with the background so he doesn't stand out to much and you can pay attention to the rest of the picture. One thing i noticed and might change is that there is a harsh line about 1/4 of the page and i would try to cut more out so it can look more wavy.
the background it cool with the zebra thing, but i dont really know what to look at when i see this. maybe you could dim everything behind the guy so he is more noticed.

The blue and pink swirl/highlight combo you have going on is really bright and fun! The silhouette matches the mood you set with the background. I would probably change the color of everything except the background in order to go better with the background and keep that feel you had going on. Also, try resizing some bubbles :)
